Order Information

If you are requesting an order for the Morning or Lunchtime slot, PLEASE READ THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: It is REQUIRED that you submit your order ATLEAST 24 HOURS in advance (or no later than 9:00pm the day before your reservation) to reserve the Morning or Lunchtime slot. Morning & Lunchtime orders (10:00am-12:00pm) are reserved ONLY for those who have pre-ordered the day before and can choose a time between 10:00am and 12:00pm for their order to be delivered or picked up. Therefore, you WILL NOT be able to make reservations no later than the time restriction as mentioned to have your order prepped and distributed during this particular window. Unfortunately, there will NO EXCEPTIONS. AFTERNOON ORDERS Please note that you can still make reservations in the early morning hours, during the Morning/Lunchtime window, or during my afternoon business hours. However, your order will be reserved for my next availability which is from 3:00pm-7:00pm - and you may use this window to choose your delivery or pick-up time. Depending on your number of orders desired for the afternoon, there is ATLEAST a 2-4 HOUR pre-order advancement. For example, if you would like two salads delivered/picked up at 4:00pm, YOU MUST place your order no later than 2:00pm or GRACEULLY no later than 2:30pm. Unfortunately, there will NO be EXCEPTIONS beyond that. ***Please see the "Ordering Stipulations & Guidelines" description below*** ORDERING STIPULATIONS & GUIDELINES One to three orders will need to be pre-ordered ATLEAST 2 HOURS in advance (valid for the afternoon ONLY). Four orders will need to be pre-ordered ATLEAST 3 HOURS in advance (valid for the afternoon ONLY). Five or more orders must be submitted AT LEAST 24 HOURS (or no later than 9:00pm the day before) in advance (valid for both morning/lunchtime and afternoon) NO EXCEPTIONS. DELIVERY FEES There will only be ONE FEE for orders no more than four if they are to be delivered to the same address or location. Any five or more orders being delivered to the same location will require an extra delivery fee. These options are displayed when placing orders on the storefront.
